What's the process for receiving payment with Deel?

1. Payments are organized based on the course and final report completion date.

    • Courses completed from the 1st to the 15th by 23:59 UTC constitute the first payment cycle

    • Courses completed from the 16th to the month's end by 23:59 UTC constitute the second payment cycle

IMPORTANT: If the final report misses the deadline, the system will automatically defer the course payment to the next payment cycle

First payment cycle

  • Courses with final report completed by 23:59 UTC within the 1st and 15th day of every month
  • Once the previous step is completed, you'll be receiving an email containing all courses and sessions given that will be paid.
  • Payments will be made through the Deel platform where you will also be able to withdraw the payment as you wish.

Second payment cycle

  • Courses with final report completed by 23:59 UTC within the 16th and last day of every month
  • Once the previous step is completed, you'll be receiving an email containing all courses and sessions given that will be paid.
